The Ecdysis Review

We are a community-based, volunteer-run non-profit organization operating out of Augusta, Georgia.  Our aim is to promote and support art and artists locally and nationally, and raise a general awareness of the arts here at home through our publication, contests, and events. We are devoted to helping curate a diverse artistic community and showcasing works from historically underrepresented communities.  We love works that blur genre lines and push forms to their limits—using language in unique and interesting ways to capture the strange, the confounding, and the absurd.  We intend to hit the ground running in 2026 with our first issue, and a wide variety of events.
